How can I effectively use my data to gain
agency and program insight?

This training will equip participants with the basic skills and knowledge to effectively analyze and interpret data reports to gain valuable insights for decision-making and improvement in their agency. This training is not specific to CSBG recipients but can be used by all human service agencies.

Objectives of this learning session will include: 

  • Data Literacy Basics: Understand key data concepts such as data types, sources, and limitations.
  • Data Analysis Techniques: Explore basic data analysis techniques such as trend analysis, comparisons, and identifying outliers.
  • Asking the Right Questions: Learn how to formulate insightful questions based on data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Applying Insights: Learn how to translate data insights into actionable steps and improvements.

All meetings will be via Zoom and will be recorded.
