about csnow |
Community Services Network of Wyoming (CSNOW - pronounced See Snow) is a statewide association supporting human services agencies and community-based organizations across Wyoming. We focus on building networks and partnerships to address the social determinants of health and improve community well-being.
Through advocacy, training, technical assistance, and statewide networking opportunities, CSNOW empowers organizations to strengthen their programs, share best practices, and create lasting impacts. By fostering collaboration among agencies and stakeholders, we help advance efforts to alleviate poverty and support thriving communities across Wyoming.
CSNOW is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a board of directors. Our services are made possible through partnerships with the Wyoming Department of Health's Community Services Program, the Region 8 RPIC, membership dues, and individual and corporate sponsorships.
