An introduction to the Community Action world of performance management or ROMA

An introduction to the CSBG world of performance management. This framework is a way for any human service agency to assess, plan and evaluate the impact of the services they offer to those experiencing poverty. Objectives of this learning session will include: 

  • Understand why a “results orientation” is the focus of the performance management climate. 
  • Understand the National Theory of Change and how it includes all aspects of the Community Action network
  • How we can use the framework in the day-to-day operations of our agency in finance, case management, board action, and administration

All meetings will be via Zoom and will be recorded.
