This quarterly meeting gives those working directly with clients a group to share with and learn from. We will talk about best practices, new tools and ways to best engage clients so we can address the root causes of poverty. We will also do supervision check-ins  to see how everyone is dealing with the vicarious trauma and burnout that is so common in our field. Anyone working with "boots on the ground" or program managers directing services are welcome to attend.
