Topic: CAP60 Client Portal Demo

Staff from CAP60 will be providing a demo of their Client Portal (aka Kiosk).

The Kiosk provides the following functions:

  1. Online Client Portal available at agency website to provide Intake for all programs and services
  2. Provide Eligibility Indicators for all programs and services based on Intake 
  3. Ability to collect supporting documents as prove of eligibility for each program
  4. Provide internal or external referrals to other programs and services
  5. Provide update on client applications
  6. Custom survey for need assessment of community or quality of service provided
  7. Over 100 Languages available with client Kiosk
  8. Ability to set up virtual appointment with Case Manager (Q3 2021)
